Totaling Columns in Word

 Hello Again!

Today I will talk about Totaling columns in Word. You would typically use this for a Table. It sounds intimidating but is fairly easy.

Below we will start with some images:

We want to total columns C and D. You will click at the bottom of your table in order to total what is at the bottom of the above column.

We will go to the Table Layout Menu and select Formula. The screen above should pop up with the =SUM(ABOVE). If you see this populated you are on the right track.  Now we will click "OK" and see our results.

Hopefully, you have a totaled column and have learned to total columns in Word.

Until next week!
